I placed this class of 2 Year old milking does as: O-B-G-F-A-D-C-K-J-M-E-N-H-I-L

Note for taking pics:  For best udder the judge is looking to see a balanced udder when viewed from the rear and the side, so please try to get a clear side picture of the udder.  The advantage is when clear thirds can be seen from the side, one third in front of the rear leg, one third under the rear leg, and one third behind the leg.

Entry O receives Best Udder in this class.  Entry O shows a well balanced udder when viewed from the side and rear, good lateral attachments with more downward pointing cylinder shaped teats.

Entry O over Entry B for her advantage in General Appearance.  These two entries were very close in competition.  However, Entry O when viewed from above has a flatter more refined shoulder blade, sharper at the point of withers, and more angulation to the rear legs when viewed from the side.  In the Mammary System she shows stronger lateral attachments, more uniformity in width at the top and base of the udder with more downward pointing delineated teats.

Entry B over Entry G in General Appearance.  Entry B has more width between the fore legs and between the hocks, entry B is stronger and more level in her topline,  and more level in the brisket. In the Mammary system she has a higher udder attachment, and more capacity and smoother attachment to the fore udder.

Entry G over Entry F in General Appearance.  Entry G is longer in body with a more refined flatter shoulder and when viewed from the top she is wider in the hips. In Body Capacity entry G shows more increasing depth of body when viewed from the side.  In the Mammary System she shows a stronger medial suspensory ligament and smoother blending of the fore udder.

Entry F over Entry A in General Appearance.  Entry F has a more desirable slope to her rump, more extension to the brisket, and when viewed from above Entry F has a more refined flatter shoulder blade.  In the Mammary System she has a more capacious udder showing more extension to her lateral attachments and has better delineation and cylinder shape to the teats.

Entry A over Entry D in General Appearance.  These two entries are very similar however Entry A shows more length from hips to pins, straighter in her fore legs, and in Body Capacity has more depth to her barrel.  In the Mammary System Entry A shows a stronger medial suspensory ligament, more capacity in the fore udder and better placement of the teats.  She does grant to Entry D stronger lateral attachments.

Entry D over Entry C in General Appearance.  Entry C has greater width in the chest floor and between the hocks, more desirable slope to her rump and in Body Capacity greater depth to the barrel.  In the Mammary System Entry D has more capacity to her udder, and shows a smoother fore udder attachment.

Entry C over Entry K in General Appearance.  Entry C is straighter in the fore legs, longer in bone and sharper at the point of withers. Entry C does grant to Entry K smoother blending of the neck into the shoulder.  In the Mammary System she has a more capacious udder with more uniformity at the top and base of the udder, and greater teat diameter at the base of the udder.

Entry K over Entry J in General Appearance as she has greater width in the chest floor, stronger and straighter in her topline and in Body Capacity has greater depth of the barrel.  In the Mammary System she has a higher placed udder with a stronger medial suspensory ligament and more downward pointing teats.

Entry J over Entry M in General Appearance.  Entry J has more width between the fore legs and hocks, and when viewed from the top has a more refined flatter shoulder blade.  In Dairy character she has clearer dairy wedges from the top and side.  In the Mammary System she has a more globular udder showing more extension to the lateral attachments.

Entry M over Entry E in General Appearance for the angulation of the rear legs when viewed from the side, her length of bone, and showing more extension to the brisket.  In the Mammary System she has a more capacious udder showing equal thirds when viewed from the side.
